Terms of Service

1. Service Provider

The Epic AI Federated Cybersecurity Intelligence Platform ("Service") is owned and operated by protectNIL Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Company," "we," "us").

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Service Description

The Service provides AI-powered cybersecurity threat intelligence analysis through a federated multi-agent architecture. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for informational and demonstration purposes. The Service does not replace professional cybersecurity analysis, incident response, or security operations.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Service for lawful purposes related to cybersecurity awareness, education, evaluation, and demonstration. You may not:

• Use the Service to conduct actual cyberattacks or offensive operations
• Submit queries containing personal data, credentials, or classified information
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security controls
• Redistribute Service output as your own product or service
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest Service responses

Epic AI is a registered trademark of protectNIL Inc. (U.S. Reg. No. 7,748,019, Class 42). All rights reserved. The Service, its design, and its underlying technology are proprietary to protectNIL Inc.

6. No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. AI-generated threat intelligence may contain inaccuracies. Do not rely on Service output for production security decisions without independent verification.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROTECTNIL INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Privacy

Queries submitted to the Service are processed by third-party AI providers and are not stored by protectNIL Inc. beyond the duration of the request. We do not collect personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
