Effective Date: October 25, 2026
This policy explains the cookies and browser storage used by epic-ai.io and its customer portal, operated by protectNIL Inc. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.
The first time you visit, unless your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal (see below), a banner asks whether to allow analytics. Until you accept, nothing is sent to Google and no analytics cookies are set. "Reject all" and "Accept all" are equally prominent, nothing is pre-selected, and scrolling is never treated as consent. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as declining analytics and do not show the banner.
To change your choice at any time, use "Cookie preferences" in the page footer. Turning analytics off deletes the analytics cookies and stops loading Google's script. We ask again after 180 days.

Only if you accept analytics: the path of the pages you view, except sign-in link pages and API routes (never the query string or anything after a "#"), device and browser details, and your IP address. Google states that Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. Google Signals and ad personalization are off, and no Google Ads account is linked. Analytics data is kept for 2 months at event level and 14 months at user level.
